Returns for Commercial and Residential Customers

All regularly stocked items, with the exception of consumable products, can be returned within 24 hours of receipt, so long as they are unused and in the original packaging. A return credit will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the product(s). Shipping charges paid at the time of checkout will not be credited along with the return. An applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the amount due. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. This includes any brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for international returns.

Return requests for Special Order products and products shipped direct from the manufacturer must be issued by our Customer Solutions Specialists. Not all Special Order items can be returned.

Returns for Consumable Products

We are unable to accept return requests for consumable products. This allows us to ensure the products are good to use, untampered with, and have adequate shelf life.

Once an order is confirmed, Deal Central will not accept return or refund requests . However, in any of the below situations, we are more than happy to work with our patrons to find an amicable solution that is fair to all parties. 

In case of Damaged product 

  • Deal Central needs to be notified of damaged product within 24 hours from delivery date via email to info@dealcentral.in
  • In the email, order number, image of invoice, 1 outer box image, 2 clear images of damaged product to be sent. 
  • In case of multiple item shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.
  • We will be happy to re-send and replace the product(s) promptly  and we will work with you on providing an amicable solution.
  • Email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs and full assistance will be provided thereafter.

In case of Missing product

  • Deal Central needs to be notified of missing product within 24 hours from delivery date via email to info@dealcentral.in 
  • In the email, order number, image of the invoice, 1 outer box image, 2 clear images of the opened box with all items received to be sent. 
  • We will be unable to accept a refund request. But, we will be happy to promptly re-send the missing product
  • Email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs and full assistance will be provided thereafter.
